Halo: Fall Of Reach

Halo: Fall Of Reach is the prequel to Halo: Combat Evolved, the award winning xbox and pc game. The book was published 2001 and the game was realed around november later that year.

The book is about Master Chief aka John 117 and how he became the soldier he is in the games.  There are two fighting factions in the story. The alien like Covenant and the scattered humans. The humans don’t want the Covenant to know the location of Earth however the humans have another stronghold, Reach. Reach is the main training planet for the human marienes and it has also the biggest shipyard. Almost all of UNSCs (United Nations Space Command) ships are manufactured there.

My thoughts of the book

I think that the book was absolutly the best english book i’ve red in my entire life.  It had everything, a good story and the writer managed to describe all the details so you could almost think you were there. The book is in english and if you want ti buy it you have to order it from Akademibokhandeln or any other bookstore. It take amproximately 10 days to get a book when you have ordered it
